For agreed primary steel frames, elevated decks, and complex slide transitions, our workshop team performs trial assembly in our Wenzhou bay to check bolt alignment, opening clearances, and packing labels before crating.
Bay trial assembly
Agreed structural modules erected in our factory bay — reducing missing brackets, misaligned flanges, or unverified transitions on site.
Dimensional & probe check
Opening clearances and deck geometry checked against your approved CAD drawings before protective wrapping and container loading.
On-site or video review
Schedule an in-person / third-party inspection in Wenzhou, or review a video walkthrough and photo inspection record before dispatch.
