Step 06 / Handover

Documents, Checks & Project Records

Handover is the point where the confirmed configuration, assembly information, and care documents move to the venue team. What is transferred follows the written order; opening approval and local operating permits stay with the venue.

Drawings

Final configuration reference

The agreed layout, installation drawings, and component identification for the supplied equipment become the reference for later maintenance and replacement requests.

Instructions

Assembly and care documents

Numbered assembly information and the care notes for the supplied models are handed to the people who will operate and inspect the playground.

Records

Inspection and open items

Outstanding items, photos, and the checks recorded at acceptance stay with the project file. Completing assembly is not the same as local opening approval.

Installation options for a new order are covered in professional installation support. This page covers what follows delivery.

Warranty, Maintenance & Spare Parts

Ongoing support is split into three independent resources so operators can open the page that matches the question: written coverage, routine care, or a replacement part matched to the original build.

Contract coverage

Warranty policy

Review component-specific limited warranty periods, exclusions, and the information needed to start a claim for the delivered order.

Maintenance and care guides

Use opening inspections, periodic checks, and surface-care notes. Equipment-specific instructions supplied with the project take precedence.

Original spare parts

Quote the original contract or project name so pads, nets, clamps, springs, and slide sections can be matched to retained CAD and BOM records.

Handover & After-Sales Questions

What documents do we receive at handover?

The agreed layout, installation drawings, component identification and the care notes for the supplied models, as set out in the written order.

Does completed installation mean the venue can open?

No. Completing assembly is not local opening approval. Inspections and operating permits stay with the venue.

Who do we contact after opening?

Use delivered-project support with your project reference. Warranty, maintenance and spare-part questions are matched to the original project file.

Need one contractor for the whole venue?

This step is part of a single design-and-build contract. See how it applies to your project type.

Delivered Playground Projects

Need handover documents or support for equipment already delivered?

Send the project reference, the question, and photos where relevant. New playground orders still start with installation support.
