Step 05 · Installation. Choose how your playground is installed: our own installation crew on site, a Dream Garden supervisor guiding your local installers, or remote guidance with labelled parts and numbered 3D manuals. The option is fixed in the contract before your equipment leaves the factory.

Installation / Three options

Our Crew, On-Site Supervision or Remote Guidance

Every option uses the same zone-coded package labels and numbered 3D assembly manuals. Floor leveling, civil works, unloading equipment, electrical/HVAC, fire sprinklers, and local operating approvals remain with your local venue team.

Option 01 · Full installation

Dream Garden installation crew

Our installation team travels to your site, assembles the supplied equipment to the approved drawings and completes the handover checks with your operator. Airfare, visas, lodging and daily rates are set out in the contract.

Option 02 · Supervision

On-site supervisor, local installers

A Dream Garden supervisor works on site with installers you hire locally, setting out, sequencing the assembly and checking the work against the drawings. Supervisor travel and daily rates are agreed in the contract.

Option 03 · Remote guidance

Remote installation guidance

Your contractor or local team installs from labelled parts and numbered 3D manuals, with video checkpoints and drawing walk-throughs from our engineers at key stages.

FAQs

Installation Questions

Does Dream Garden send its own installation team?

Yes. Our installation crew can assemble the equipment on site, or a supervisor can guide your local installers. Airfare, visas, lodging and daily rates are set out in the contract.

Can our local contractor install the playground?

Yes. Your contractor works from labelled parts and numbered 3D manuals, with remote engineer guidance by video at key stages, or with a Dream Garden supervisor on site.

What must the site have ready before installation?

A level, finished floor, power, lighting, unloading equipment, access for long components and agreed working hours. Civil works, electrical/HVAC and sprinklers remain with your local team.

Which installation option suits my project?

Complex multi-level structures and tight opening dates usually suit our crew; an experienced local contractor suits supervision; smaller modular scopes suit remote guidance.
