Installation & After-sales Support

What to prepare before installation, how handover checks work, where to find maintenance documents, and how to request spare parts or after-sales help for equipment we delivered. Support scope is always confirmed per equipment and per project.

Planning a new venue? Use Discuss Installation Requirements for the new-project branch. Already operating equipment we supplied? The after-sales branch collects your project reference and the issue description in one pass.

01 / Installation

Installation support options

Only the arrangements actually agreed for your project apply. Each option below lists its conditions, your preparation and its cost boundary — no universal “free installation” claims.

Documents

Installation file support

Project drawings, component identification, assembly instructions or video material consistent with the final confirmed configuration. You arrange installers who meet your project requirements.

Remote

Remote installation guidance

You provide site photos, the drawing version in use and a question list; we agree the guidance scope, language and schedule in advance. Remote answers are not a substitute for on-site acceptance.

On site

On-site installation or technician

Where included in the contract, our team installs or guides installation. Your crew, tools, local works, travel and accommodation split are written into the agreement before mobilization.

Service regions and scheduling are confirmed per project. Ask through Discuss Installation Requirements and we confirm which option your destination and timeline support.

02 / Site preparation

Prepare before the equipment arrives

Your project drawings, packing list and installation instructions define the exact checklist — the points below are what the web page can tell you in advance.

  • Space & clearances

Confirm venue dimensions and clear height against the installation drawings, including the working space around each module.

  • Floor & fixing interface

Floor condition and anchoring interface ready per the equipment documents — no universal load or spacing numbers are published here.

  • Access & unloading

Delivery route, door sizes, unloading area and a dry storage space for packages awaiting installation.

  • Local works complete

Electrical, anchoring or other trade interfaces finished per the confirmed construction requirements before assembly starts.

  • People & tools

Installation crew and tools arranged to the project requirements; Dream Garden support arranged in advance where contracted.

When receiving goods, record packaging or component damage immediately and keep identifiable photos of the affected packages. Review the export packing and labeling scope before delivery.

03 / Handover

Delivery, checks & records

Handover is a documented event, not a handshake. What is transferred depends on your contract — this is the standard map of what each item is and who receives it.

Documents

Final configuration & drawings

The as-built version of the confirmed configuration and its installation drawings — the reference for all future maintenance.

Instructions

Installation & maintenance instructions

Assembly and care documents for the supplied models, handed to your equipment manager.

Lists

Component & spare-part lists

Part names, numbers, specifications and quantities — installed parts and any delivered spares listed separately.

Records

Inspection & issue log

Open items, their handling, and the checks and records transferred at acceptance — completion of assembly is not the same as opening approval.

04 / Maintenance

Maintenance & inspection focus

Summaries below cover indoor playground, dry slides surface care, and trampoline equipment — the areas our current documentation supports. Outdoor maintenance requirements are confirmed per project documentation.

Indoor Playground & Slide Care

  • Slide surface polishing & waxing

Fiberglass, stainless steel, and rotomolded slide chutes require periodic anti-static cleaning and specialized surface waxing to eliminate friction buildup, ensure smooth velocity, and prevent surface scorching.

  • Surfaces & contact areas

Padded covers, plastic parts, slides and ball-pool areas cleaned per the equipment instructions; stains, pooling water or unusual soiling recorded.

  • Protection & connections

Cover damage, seam splitting, netting tears, exposed edges, and loose bolt connections — located, retorqued and photographed for the maintenance record.

  • Usage areas

Walkways checked for foreign objects and damage affecting use; staff report findings through your venue procedure.

Trampoline & Rigging Equipment

  • Mats & connections

Tears, seam damage, abnormal fixing points and visible unevenness on jump mats and their connections.

  • Springs & padding

Spring breaks, corrosion or fatigue deformation; pad coverage, seams, filling and fastening checked complete.

  • Foam pit & frame

Foam pit filling state and contamination; fastener tightness, corrosion, cracks or deformation assessed by qualified people per the equipment requirements.

Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting are distinct steps with distinct products and contact times — follow the material and equipment instructions. If damage may affect safety: stop use, isolate the area, report and keep records, then have qualified personnel assess and clear the equipment before reopening. Suggested replacement intervals in any source material are not warranty periods.

05 / Documents

Maintenance & operation documents

Two groups serve two audiences. Documents under technical review are not posted as downloads; project-specific versions travel through the after-sales channel.

For equipment managers

Maintenance documents

Maintenance and cleaning instructions, component inspection guides and maintenance record forms for the supplied models. Public versions are released after technical review; until then, request them with your project reference.

For operations teams

Operation & visitor information

Play instructions, zone notices and warm-up reminders for venue configuration. These support your operations team — they are not a finished legal or admission policy for your venue.

Language & version

How documents are identified

Each released file states its language, version date and the models it applies to. A file is never labeled by its file name alone — content decides the language.

06 / Spare parts

Spare parts support (Treated as Standard Products)

Need a replacement part? We treat spare parts as standard product lines. Share your project reference, part photos and required quantity so the specification and availability can be checked.

  • Emergency First-Aid Repair Kit included

Every full-container playground shipment comes with a complimentary emergency repair kit (color-matched vinyl patches, adhesives, net clips) for instant on-site fixes.

  • Find your project reference

Order number, project name, equipment label, delivered component list or drawing reference. No number? You can still start — we identify the project together.

  • Show the part and its location

Photos of the whole unit, the installed position and the detail, plus the quantity you need. Provide dimensions only if they are already known — never disassemble equipment to measure.

  • Confirm specification & 48–72h air freight

Our technical staff verify compatibility against the project configuration. Urgent wear items dispatch via international express air courier within 48 to 72 hours.

Candidate categories under confirmation include protective padding and nets, trampoline mats and springs, foam-pit filling, and identified fasteners. Only confirmed categories are published — until then, this page shows the identification method and the request path, not a parts catalogue. Old, unnumbered or discontinued parts are checked individually, and any substitute is technically confirmed with you before proceeding.

07 / Service requests

How after-sales requests work

Reuse the contact page’s Service / Existing Project branch — no separate long form here. Prepare the list below and the branch collects the rest.

  • Identify

Order or project reference, country or region, and a reachable name and email.

  • Describe

Where the issue appears, when it started, what it looks like and whether the area is out of service; photos of the whole unit, location and detail.

  • Review

We check configuration, issue and applicable documents; if something is missing, we tell you exactly what to add.

  • Confirm the next step

Technical guidance, further inspection or a spare-parts proposal — with costs, freight and timing confirmed before anything proceeds.

  • Record the outcome

Resolution and re-check results stay on file. Warranty questions are assessed against the formal terms — submitting a request is not an approval.

The after-sales team checks every request against the project configuration before proposing a next step.

Spare-part availability, pricing and delivery time are confirmed per request — we do not publish “all in stock”, “free replacement” or fixed delivery-day promises. If the mail client will not open, use the WhatsApp or phone channel and we guide you through the same list.

08 / Warranty

Tiered Commercial Warranty Policy

Dream Garden backs every installation with a contractual commercial warranty with clearly defined periods and dispute-free claims:

5 Years

Structural Steel & Clamps

Galvanized steel main frames, posts, beams, metal pipe clamps, and structural fasteners guaranteed against fracture or weld defects.

09 / FAQ

Installation & after-sales FAQs

The FAQ library holds the shared answers; service-specific points live here.

What installation support is available?

Document support, remote guidance, or on-site installation/technician arrangements — whichever your contract includes. Each option’s conditions, your preparation and cost boundary are listed in the Installation Support section above.

What should I prepare before installation?

Space and clearances verified against drawings, a ready floor and fixing interface, delivery access, storage, completed local works, and the agreed crew and tools. The project-specific checklist comes from your installation documents.

Where can I find maintenance instructions for my equipment?

Start from your project, model and document version. Public documents are released after review; project-specific versions are provided through the after-sales channel with your project reference.

How often should components be inspected or replaced?

Intervals follow the equipment documents, your usage intensity and inspection results — organized around pre-opening checks, in-operation checks, periodic maintenance and post-repair re-checks. No single source number applies to all equipment.

How do I request spare parts if I do not know the part number?

Provide the project reference, photos of the whole unit, the installed position and the detail, plus the quantity. Our technical staff confirm the specification and compatibility — see Spare Parts Support.

How are spare parts price and delivery confirmed?

After the specification check we confirm the itemized list, quantity, quotation and currency, applicable charges, packing and transport arrangement, and the separate dispatch and estimated arrival times.

Is maintenance or replacement covered by warranty?

That depends on the formal terms and the specific case. Submit the request with your project reference — assessment against the terms comes before any commitment.
