01 · Our quality commitment

Quality Control &
Technical Documentation

From the first layout to project handover, quality is a series of decisions you can follow — in the design, the materials, the production checks and the documents behind your equipment.

Product-specific evidence. Project-specific requirements. Clear documentation.

02 · Quality system

Our Quality Management Approach

A connected process from design to delivery. Each checkpoint keeps the confirmed equipment scope, drawings and inspection records aligned.

  1. Design Review

Confirm the users, layout, equipment and project requirements.

    Reviewed drawings
  2. Material Checks

Check incoming materials and components against the agreed specification.

    Material records
  3. Production Control

Follow dimensions, connections and workmanship through manufacture.

    Process checkpoints
  4. Inspection & Testing

Review assembly, finish and the tests specified for the equipment.

    Inspection evidence
  5. Delivery & Support

Match packing lists, installation information and handover documents.

    Project handover

A checkpoint is complete when its result is recorded and any identified issue has a clear follow-up.

03 · Safety

Safety by Design

Quality starts before a component reaches the workshop. We review how the equipment fits the intended age group, activity and venue, then carry those decisions into the production drawings.

  • Structure & connections

Review the frame, fixing details and the interfaces between play modules.

  • Space & protection

Coordinate circulation, landings, enclosure and the clearances required by the selected activities.

  • Age & operating context

Keep the design brief tied to the children, staff and play environment the project will serve.

04 · Materials

Material Selection & Verification

The materials behind a playground should be as clear as its appearance. Incoming checks connect the agreed specification to the steel, padding, fabric and purchased components used in the order.

  • Structural components

Check the specified steel, tubing, fixings and surface finish.

  • Soft play & upholstery

Review foam, coverings, seams and padding for the confirmed application.

  • Nets, plastics & finishes

Match purchased parts and material documentation to the selected equipment.

05 · Manufacturing

Quality Control in Every Production Stage

Checks belong inside the production process. Drawings, workmanship and module fit are reviewed as the equipment moves through fabrication, upholstery and assembly.

  • Fabrication & finishing

Check dimensions, welded connections, edges and the specified finish.

  • Soft component assembly

Review cutting, stitching, padding coverage and component fit.

  • Issue follow-up

Identify non-conforming work, agree the correction and recheck it before release.

06 · Inspection

Inspection, Testing & Verification

Factory inspection brings the completed configuration back to the approved scope. The inspection plan and any third-party testing are confirmed for the product and project, rather than assumed for the entire catalog.

  • Assembly & completeness

Check component quantities, fit, movement and finishing against the order.

  • Safety-related details

Review connections, accessible edges, protection and the specified clearances.

  • Records & correction

Record findings and follow up on identified issues before packing.

07 · Standards & compliance

Standards & Technical Documentation

The right evidence depends on the equipment, the destination and the agreed project requirements. A manufacturing audit, a product test and a project inspection document answer different questions.

Designed to meet
The requirement considered in the design brief.
Tested to
The product or sample covered by a specific test report.
Certified to
A statement supported by the certificate's defined scope and status.

A company audit does not replace a product test report. A report for one configuration does not automatically cover another model or destination.

08 · Delivery & after-sales

From Factory Inspection to Project Handover

Quality control continues through packing, transport preparation and installation support. Clear labels and usable documents help the equipment arriving on site match the project that was approved.

  • Packing & identification

Cross-check part labels, packing lists and protection before dispatch.

  • Installation & handover

Coordinate drawings, assembly information and the agreed installation support.

  • Maintenance & feedback

Confirm care guidance, spare parts and the warranty terms included in the project.

Questions & answers

Make the Evidence Work for Your Project

Start with your destination, equipment type and the requirement you need to demonstrate. We will help identify the available records and their applicable scope.

Browse All FAQs
How do I verify a certificate or test report?

Use the issuer’s own verification entry linked on each record above — Certipedia for the audited manufacturer certificate, SGS online report viewing for SGS records. The issuer’s portal is the source of truth for status and scope.

Does one report cover all your products?

No. Every report names the specific products and configuration it covers. We never extend a document’s scope beyond what the issuer states.

Can I get a copy for my project files?

Public records can be linked or downloaded from the issuer portal. Project-specific documents are provided through the confirmed project channel — tell us your equipment model and destination so we confirm what applies.

Do your certificates prove compliance in my country?

Compliance requirements are destination- and project-specific. Share the destination and the standard you must meet; we confirm which existing records apply and what additional assessment your project needs.

What if a verification link is unavailable?

Contact our team with the report reference and your project details. We can help confirm the available record and its scope with the issuer.
