01 · Factory & manufacturing

Inside Our Playground Manufacturing
Process

From commercial indoor playgrounds and soft play to trampoline and adventure configurations, we turn project requirements into engineered equipment, coordinated production and a clear delivery scope.

02 · Manufacturing facilities

Real Workshops.
Connected Production.

A playground project brings several workshop disciplines together. See where frames, padded components and finished modules are prepared, then confirm the production responsibilities for your order.

  • Structural fabrication & assembly

Frame preparation, connections and module fitting follow the agreed production drawings.

  • Soft play & upholstery

Foam shaping, fabric cutting, sewing and padding turn the design into usable play components.

  • Finishing & dispatch preparation

Finished components move through identification, protection and packing before shipment.

Specialist or partner processes are identified in the confirmed scope. We do not present every purchased component as an in-house product.

03 · Engineering & customization

Designed for Your Site.
Prepared for Production.

Customization starts with the space and the people who will use it. Floor dimensions, clear height, visitor mix and your operating priorities become a layout that can be developed into production documents.

  • Layout & equipment planning

Coordinate age zones, visitor movement, activities and the available footprint.

  • 2D drawings & 3D visualization

Review the layout, theme and configuration before committing the project to manufacture.

  • Design-to-production handover

Translate the agreed version into component details, dimensions and assembly information. Structural changes go through engineering review.

  6. Packaging & Dispatch

Identify, protect and pack the equipment for its agreed route.

    Packing & handover

The sequence and timing depend on the selected equipment and customization. Milestones are confirmed in the project scope.

05 · Manufacturing technology

The Right Process
for Every Component.

Manufacturing capability is visible in the way components are made. Fabrication, foam processing, upholstery and assembly each need the tools, work instructions and handling appropriate to the part.

  • Metalwork & joining

Cutting, fabrication and connection details support the selected frame configuration.

  • Foam, fabric & sewing

Cut patterns and upholstery work give padded components their shape and finish.

  • Drawings & assembly information

Production documents keep component dimensions, identifiers and fitting details connected.

07 · Assembly, packaging & delivery

Prepared at the Factory.
Organized for Your Site.

Trial fitting, component identification and packing information help connect factory preparation with site assembly. The checks and support provided follow the agreed configuration.

  • Assembly & component matching

Review the agreed trial-assembly scope, fit and component completeness before packing.

  • Protection, labels & packing lists

Match package identifiers to the component list and prepare the protection required for transport.

  • Installation information & handover

Coordinate assembly documents and the agreed remote or on-site support. Site preparation and local acceptance responsibilities are confirmed separately.

08 · Project experience

From a Custom Layout
to a Delivered Play Space.

A completed project brings the drawing, component production and installation coordination together. Review the Happy Panda indoor playground in Chile as an installed project reference, then discuss what a comparable scope would require for your venue.

  • A connected equipment configuration

Multi-level play, slides, enclosures and soft elements work together as one visitor experience.

  • A project-specific scope

Equipment selection, manufacturing details and delivery support follow the confirmed layout.

  • References for your planning

Compare the design and installed result, then identify the adaptations your own site needs.
