1.Ten-Year Limited Warranty on Upright Posts & Wooden Parts: We offer a 5-year warranty for metal upright posts, covering structural failures due to material or workmanship defects.
2.Five-Year Limited Warranty on Metal Parts: Includes metal decks, steps, stairs, rails, etc., with a 5-year warranty from the date of shipment.
3.Five-Year Limited Warranty on Ground-Mount Metal Parts: Covers metal footers, in-ground footers, etc., for a period of 5 years from the shipment date.
4.Three-Year Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts: Covers slides, climbers, etc., for 3 years from the date of shipment.
5.One-Year Limited Warranty on Hardware and Other Components: Includes HDPE climbers, metal parts of spring riders, etc., with a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment.
6.Five-Year Limited Warranty on Site Furnishings: Covers the finish of thermoplastic coated site furnishings for five years from the date of shipment.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by man-made or natural disasters, vandalism, negligence, improper installation or use, alterations, normal wear and tear, or damages incurred during public or private use.
